La Cresta Homes for Sale

Perhaps some of the best deals in Southern California on real estate are in La Cresta, a community of custom large acreage lot homes in Murrieta, CA. La Cresta homes for sale range in the high 900s to around $2 million. La Cresta homes are in 5 acre minimum lots and most are horse properties. The homes are uniquely built rather than tract style that is common to the recent housing boom. La Cresta homes for sale are discounted far from original prices but not as much as smaller tract homes. The properties retain greater intrinsic values regardless of market trends.

Yorba Linda Homes

I lived in Yorba Linda for 3 years. During that time home values peaked and then plummeted. Yorba Linda Homes prices held out for a while but sales slowed. I had a second home that went upside down on the loan so we had decided to move to it and sell the one with equity. After 2 agents and nearly a year, our home just hadn’t moved. Our agent, Gary Hansen maintained a professional demeanor and approach throughout a stressful process. He found us a buyer as we were on the brink of giving up. We obtained a price that by that time was nearly impossible but Gary pulled the transaction through professionally and expertly with both buyer and seller satisfaction.
Gary Hansen works effectively and with superiority in the Yorba Linda Homes market and Yorba Linda Homes in Eastlake Village
One of my key focus areas is Orange County real estate. I’m currently engaged in a pilot project for a client focusing on East Lake Village in Yorba Linda, CA

This week, I set up a WordPress blog for the client and integrated some of their First Team listings. The process took only a few hours to establish a website that is visually comfortable, establishes their message and target market and best of all, conforms perfectly to Google’s search protocols.
